<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Pornesc cuptorul si il preincalzesc la 170°C.</p>
<p>Tapetez tava cu hartie de copt.</p>
<p>Intr-un castron, combinam zaharul brun, zaharul vanilat si untul.</p>
<p>Am amestecat cu un tel.</p>
<p>Amestec ouale pe rand.</p>
<p>Amestecati ingredientele uscate: faina, praf de copt, bicarbonat de sodiu si scortisoara.</p>
<p>Cerneti in castron.</p>
<p>Doar amestecati pana cand toate ingredientele sunt combinate.</p>
<p>La final amestec morcovii si nuca tocata.</p>

<p>Timpul si temperatura de coacere depind de cuptorul dvs.</p>
<p>Verific starea de pregatire cu o scobitoare; ar trebui sa iasa fara sa ramana aluat crud.</p>

<p>Pentru crema, doar amestecati cu telul branza de vaci si zaharul pudra pana se omogenizeaza.</p>
<p>Am intins crema pe blatul racit sau inca putin cald.</p>
<p>Folosind o spatula cu crestaturi, am facut un model.</p>
