<p>Gelatina &#8211; 20 g</p>
<p>Apa &#8211; 10 linguri</p>
<p>Branza de vaci &#8211; 300 g</p>
<p>Zahar pudra &#8211; 5 linguri</p>
<p>Frisca &#8211; 250 ml</p>
<p>Piersici &#8211; 1 cutie (compot)</p>
<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Bateti ouale spuma intr-un castron mai adanc cu un tel sau cu un blender.</p>
<p>Apoi adaugati zaharul si amestecati.</p>
<p>In cele din urma, adaugati si faina, care trebuie cernuta printr-o sita fina.</p>
