<p>Ingrediente:</p>
<p>Oua &#8211; 3 buc.</p>
<p>Zahar &#8211; 150 g</p>
<p>Ulei vegetal &#8211; 100 ml</p>
<p>Faina &#8211; 150 g</p>
<p>Praf de copt &#8211; 10 g</p>
<p>Morcov &#8211; 120 g</p>
<p>Sare &#8211; un praf</p>
<p>Ingrediente pentru crema:</p>
<p>Smantana 25% &#8211; 400 g</p>
<p>Zahar pudra &#8211; 1/4 lingurita</p>
<p>Zahar vanilat &#8211; 1 pliculet</p>
<p>Suc de la 1 portocala mare</p>
<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Batem putin ouale cu sare, apoi adaugam zaharul si batem timp de 5 minute pentru ca zaharul sa aiba timp sa se dizolve.</p>
<p>Toate ingredientele ar trebui sa fie la temperatura camerei.</p>
<p>Se toarna ulei vegetal si se amesteca.</p>
<p>Adaugati faina cernuta treptat cu praful de copt.</p>
<p>Se amesteca usor.</p>
<p>Nu framantati mult timp, de indata ce toate ingredientele sunt amestecate, va fi suficient.</p>
<p>Se dau pe razatoarea fina morcovii in prealabil si se adauga in aluat.</p>

<p>Amestecam.</p>
<p>Acoperiti fundul formei cu diametrul de 22-23 cm cu hartie de copt.</p>
<p>Ungeti partile laterale cu ulei vegetal si stropiti cu faina.</p>
<p>Se toarna aluatul intr-o forma si se coace la 170â° timp de 30-35 de minute.</p>
<p>Verificati cu o scobitoare.</p>
<p>Lasati blatul sa se raceasca.</p>
<p>Apoi scoateti din forma si impartiti-l in doua parti.</p>

<p>Pentru crema, amestecati smantana cu zaharul pudra si zaharul vanilat.</p>

<p>Inmuiati fiecare blat cu suc de portocale si ungeti cu crema rezultata.</p>

<p>Lasati prajitura la frigider pentru cateva ore.</p>
