<p>Faina &#8211; 200 g;</p>
<p>Praf de copt &#8211; 15 g;</p>
<p>Oua &#8211; 3 bucati.</p>
<p>Ingrediente pentru crema:</p>
<p>Zahar &#8211; 2 linguri;</p>
<p>Amidon de porumb &#8211; 2 linguri;</p>
<p>Suc de portocale &#8211; 250 ml.</p>
<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Bateti ouale impreuna cu un praf de sare si zahar.</p>
<p>Adaugati uleiul, sucul de portocale si zaharul vanilat in amestec, amestecati cu un tel.</p>
<p>Separat, amestecati faina si praful de copt, cernati-le la amestec.</p>
<p>Amestecati componentele pana se combina complet.</p>
<p>Turnati aluatul intr-o tava de copt si trimiteti-o la cuptorul preincalzit pentru 30-35 de minute la 180 de grade.</p>

<p>Dupa copt, lasam sa se raceasca si taiem in jumatate.</p>
<p>Intr-o cratita, amestecati zaharul, amidonul de porumb si sucul de portocale, amestecati bine.</p>
<p>Punem focul lent si amestecam constant, aducem la o stare cremoasa.</p>
<p>Dupa aceea, turnati crema peste blatul de jos si intineti-o uniform, acoperiti-o cu a doua parte de blat deasupra.</p>

<p>Prajitura de casa se pregateste foarte simplu si nu are nevoie de mult timp.</p>
