<p>Ingrediente:</p>
<p>Faina &#8211; 500 g</p>
<p>Zahar &#8211; 180 g</p>
<p>Ulei de floarea soarelui &#8211; 200 ml</p>
<p>Praf de copt &#8211; 15 g</p>
<p>Apa minerala &#8211; 550 ml</p>
<p>Zahar vanilat &#8211; 10 g</p>
<p>Pudra de cacao &#8211; 30 g</p>
<p>Sare &#8211; 1 praf</p>
<p>Nuci &#8211; 150 g</p>
<p>Cirese &#8211; o cana sau dupa gust.</p>
<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Cerneti faina intr-un recipient adanc.</p>
<p>Se adauga zaharul, sarea, vanilia si praful de copt.</p>
<p>Amestecati bine toate ingredientele folosind o lingura sau un tel de mana.</p>
<p>Turnati 500 ml de apa minerala si ulei de floarea soarelui in amestecul uscat.</p>
<p>Amestecati totul energic cu un tel pana se obtine o masa omogena.</p>
<p>Impartiti aluatul rezultat in 2 parti egale.</p>
<p>Adaugati pudra de cacao si 50 ml de apa minerala la jumatate.</p>
<p>Se amesteca totul bine.</p>

<p>Tocati marunt nucile.</p>
<p>Le adaugam in aluatul cu cacao, iar o parte din ciresele fara samburi la masa alba.</p>
<p>Se amesteca cele 2 tipuri de aluat pana se omogenizeaza (separat).</p>
<p>Tapetati o tava de copt cu hartie de copt.</p>
<p>Turnati aluatul cu cacao in tava.</p>
<p>Puneti aluatul alb deasupra.</p>
<p>Puneti deasupra ciresele ramase.</p>
<p>Preincalziti cuptorul la 170 de grade.</p>

<p>Dam prajitura timp de 40-50 de minute sau pana trece testul scobitorii.</p>
