<p>1 lingurita praf de copt</p>
<p>100 ml lapte</p>
<p>Ingrediente pentru prima crema:</p>
<p>6 galbenusuri</p>
<p>100 g zahar</p>
<p>200 gr unt</p>
<p>300 ml smantana dulce</p>
<p>300 g de ciocolata cu alune</p>
<p>Pentru a doua crema:</p>
<p>200 g pudra de frisca de ciocolata sau 200 ml frisca lichida+ 2 linguri de cacao</p>
<p>Ingrediente in plus:</p>
<p>150 g de biscuiti</p>
<p>100 ml lapte</p>

<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Bateti 6 albusuri cu 100 g zahar, adaugati nuca de cocos, faina si praful de copt.</p>
<p>Asezati amestecul intr-o tava de 20 × 30 cm in care am pus anterior hartie de copt.</p>
<p>Se coace la 180 de grade timp de 15 minute.</p>
<p>Se toarna 100 ml lapte rece peste blatul copt cat acesta este caldut.</p>
<p>Bateti 6 galbenusuri cu 100 g zahar, amestecati pana se ingroasa. Se raceste si se adauga 200 g de unt batut.</p>
<p>Puneti 300 ml smantana dulce si cuburile de ciocolata cu alune intr-un castron, incalziti la foc mic (masa nu trebuie sa fiarba) pana se topeste ciocolata.</p>
<p>Se raceste bine cel putin 2 ore la frigider si se bate cu un mixer timp de 2-3 minute. Adaugati amestecul de galbenusuri la aceasta masa.</p>
<p>Puneti 1/2 din umplutura peste blatul rece, un rand de biscuiti scufundati anterior in lapte, 2/2 umplutura.</p>
<p>Batem frisca conform instructiunilor de pe punga si imbracam prajitura. Se orneaza cu ciocolata rasa.</p>
