<p>Ingrediente:</p>
<p>oua &#8211; 3 buc</p>
<p>zahar &#8211; 150 g</p>
<p>ulei &#8211; 120 ml</p>
<p>chefir &#8211; 200 ml</p>
<p>faina simpla &#8211; 290 g</p>
<p>praf de copt &#8211; 10 g</p>
<p>cirese (sau visine) &#8211; 200 g</p>
<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Puneti ouale si zaharul intr-un castron si bateti-le pana devin spuma.</p>
<p>Apoi amestecati uleiul si chefirul.</p>
<p>Se amesteca praful de copt cu faina, se cerne intr-un bol si se amesteca aluatul lichid.</p>
<p>Tapetati fundul unei forme de tort de 21 de centimetri cu hartie de copt, ungeti-o cu ulei si ungeti peretii cu unt.</p>
<p>Apoi turnati in ea aluatul pregatit.</p>
<p>Deasupra se intind ciresele fara samburi sau visinele si se pune forma in cuptorul preincalzit la 180 °C.</p>

<p>Coaceti timp de 40 pana la 50 de minute, in functie de caracteristicile cuptorului dumneavoastra.</p>
