• 100 g zahar<br />
• 8 g zahar vanilat<br />
• coaja de lamaie<br />
• 140 g unt<br />
• 300 g faina<br />

<p>ð Pentru crema:<br />
• 400 ml lapte<br />
• 2 galbenusuri<br />
• 5 linguri zahar<br />
• 8 g zahar vanilat<br />
• 3 linguri amidon de porumb<br />
• 3 linguri smantana sau mascarpone<br />
• 30 ml suc de lamaie</p>
<p>ð In plus:<br />
• 800 g piersici din compot<br />
• 2 albusuri<br />

<p class="isSelectedEnd">𥣠Mod de preparare:</p>
<p class="isSelectedEnd">1ï¸â£ Bateti ouale cu zaharul obisnuit, zaharul vanilat si coaja de lamaie pana obtineti o spuma usoara si pufoasa.</p>
<p class="isSelectedEnd">ð¡ Sfat: Radeti coaja de la o lamaie bine spalata. Puteti folosi apa cu bicarbonat de sodiu pentru curatare.</p>
<p class="isSelectedEnd">2ï¸â£ Adaugati treptat untul inmuiat, faina si praful de copt pana obtineti un aluat omogen. Impartiti aluatul in doua parti.</p>
<p class="isSelectedEnd">Intindeti prima parte intr-o forma de tort, inclusiv aproximativ 1 cm pe marginile formei.</p>
<p class="isSelectedEnd">3ï¸â£ Intepati aluatul cu o furculita, apoi pregatiti crema.</p>
<p class="isSelectedEnd">Intr-o cratita, amestecati laptele cu galbenusurile, zaharul obisnuit, zaharul vanilat si amidonul.</p>
<p class="isSelectedEnd">4ï¸â£ Fierbeti amestecul timp de 2-3 minute. Cand incepe sa faca bule, mai lasati un minut, apoi luati de pe foc.</p>
<p class="isSelectedEnd">Adaugati smantana si sucul de lamaie.</p>
<p class="isSelectedEnd">ð¡ Sfat: Smantana poate fi inlocuita cu mascarpone.</p>
<p class="isSelectedEnd">5ï¸â£ Intindeti budinca calda peste aluatul din tava si adaugati piersicile bine scurse.</p>
<p class="isSelectedEnd">Intindeti cealalta jumatate de aluat intr-un strat subtire si acoperiti fructele.</p>
<p class="isSelectedEnd">6ï¸â£ Ungeti prajitura cu albus de ou, presarati migdale feliate si coaceti la 180°C timp de aproximativ 30 de minute.</p>
<p>Lasati prajitura sa se raceasca complet inainte de servire. Va fi si mai gustoasa! ð</p>
