<p>mac 250 g</p>
<p>cafea 200 ml</p>
<p>lapte 150 ml</p>
<p>nuci 100 g</p>
<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Pregatirea bazei.</p>
<p>Cerneti faina de grau.</p>
<p>Razuiti 100 g de unt racit pe razatoare.</p>
<p>Adaugati praful de copt.</p>
<p>Adaugati 90 g zahar, ou, smantana si pudra de cacao.</p>
<p>Se framanta un aluat moale omogen.</p>
<p>Acoperim tava de copt cu hartie de copt.</p>
<p>Intindem aluatul, nivelam pe tot perimetrul.</p>
<p>O trimitem la frigider.</p>
<p>Pregatim masa de branza.</p>
<p>Framantati casul cu o furculita.</p>
<p>Se toarna 400 g zahar, gris, 70 g amidon de porumb.</p>
<p>Adaugati zaharul vanilat, 10 galbenusuri, 100 g de unt topit si coaja de lamaie rasa.</p>

<p>Bateti totul pana la omogenizare.</p>
<p>Intr-un castron separat, bateti 10 albusuri cu sare pana la spuma groasa.</p>
<p>Adaugati la masa de branza.</p>
<p>Amestecati bine.</p>

<p>Impartim in doua parti.</p>
<p>Se macina semintele de mac si se adauga la jumatate din masa de cas.</p>
<p>Apoi intindeti amestecul rezultat pe aluatul de ciocolata, distribuindu-l uniform.</p>

<p>Intindeti a doua parte a masei de cas deasupra.</p>

<p>O trimitem la cuptorul preincalzit la 180 de grade pentru 1 ora.</p>
<p>Lasam sa se raceasca.</p>
<p>Crema de gatit.</p>
<p>Amestecati 40 g de amidon de porumb cu 200 ml de cafea preparata in apa si 120 g de zahar.</p>
<p>Se adauga laptele si 100 g nuci tocate.</p>
<p>Gatiti pana se ingroasa, amestecand cu un tel.</p>
<p>Adaugati 200 g de unt moale.</p>
<p>Bateti pana la omogenizare.</p>
<p>Intindem crema deasupra, iar apoi acoperim totul cu ciocolata topita.</p>
