<p>crema de branza &#8211; 400 g;</p>
<p>iaurt grecesc &#8211; 300 g</p>
<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Puneti untul intr-un bol, adaugati zahar vanilat si zahar pudra.</p>
<p>Bateti un mixer pana devine cremos.</p>
<p>Adaugati crema de branza si iaurtul grecesc in unt, continuati sa bateti masa pana la omogenizare.</p>
<p>Se dilueaza dulceata cu apa.</p>
<p>Scufundati piscoturile in apa cu dulceata.</p>
<p>Facem baza piramidei din 10 piscoturi, cate 5 randuri a cate 2 piscoturi.</p>
<p>Acoperim cu crema, o distribuim uniform pe suprafata.</p>
<p>Punem apoi un nou strat de piscoturi, de data aceasta cate 4 randuri a cate 2 picoturi si tot asa, scadem cate un piscot de fiecare data cand inaintam cu straturile.</p>
<p>Golurile dintre fursecuri pot fi unse cu gem.</p>

<p>Trebuie sa obtinem forma unui triunghi.</p>

<p>Umplem toate golurile fursecurilor din laterale si de la final cu crema, ungem usor toate partile.</p>
