<p>Ingrediente:</p>
<p>2 bucati de piept de pui, fara piele si fara oase</p>
<p>2 oua mari</p>
<p>240 ml de apa</p>
<p>250 g faina</p>
<p>ulei vegetal pentru prajit</p>
<p>sare, piper, ardei iute macinat, boia de ardei dulce dupa gust</p>
<p>Pentru sosul picant:</p>
<p>60 g smantana</p>
<p>40 g maioneza</p>
<p>30 g pasta de tomate sau ketchup</p>
<p>3 catei de usturoi, pisati</p>
<p>1 castravete murat mic, tocat marunt</p>
<p>5–6 masline verzi fara samburi, tocate</p>
<p>Sare si piper negru dupa gust</p>

<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Taiati pieptul de pui in bucati mici.</p>
<p>Condimentati dupa gust si amestecati bine pentru a acoperi uniform toate bucatile.</p>
<p>Intr-un bol, bateti ouale.</p>
<p>Adaugati treptat apa.</p>
<p>Incorporati faina putin cate putin, pana obtineti un aluat omogen, similar cu aluatul de clatite.</p>
<p>Incalziti uleiul vegetal intr-o tigaie adanca sau o oala.</p>
<p>Inmuiati bucatile de pui in aluat, puneti o folie deasupra si lasati sa stea 15 minute in acest amestec.</p>

<p>Puneti putina faina intr-un bol, adaugati bucatile de pui marinate si apoi in uleiul incins.</p>

<p>Prajiti pana se rumenesc, aproximativ 2-3 minute pe fiecare parte.</p>

<p>Scoateti bucatile finite si lasati-le la scurs pe prosoape de hartie.</p>
<p>Prepararea sosului picant:</p>
<p>Intr-un bol, amestecati smantana si maioneza.</p>
<p>Adaugati pasta de rosii si usturoiul zdrobit.</p>
<p>Adaugati castravetii si maslinele tocate.</p>
<p>Condimentati cu sare si piper negru.</p>
<p>Pastrati sosul la frigider pana cand este momentul servirii.</p>
<p>Se servessc cu cartofi prajiti, salata sau legume proaspete.</p>
<p>Bucatile de pui vor fi cele mai crocante atunci cand sunt servite imediat dupa prajire.</p>
