<p>Ingrediente:</p>
<p>cartofi (fierti) &#8211; 700 g</p>
<p>file de pulpe de pui &#8211; 700 g</p>
<p>ciuperci- 300 g</p>
<p>ciuperci murate &#8211; 150 g</p>
<p>smantana 20% &#8211; 200 ml</p>
<p>Mustar Dijon &#8211; 1 lingura</p>
<p>branza &#8211; 100 g</p>
<p>unt &#8211; 20 g</p>
<p>ulei vegetal &#8211; 3 linguri</p>
<p>pudra de usturoi &#8211; 1 lingurita</p>
<p>piper negru macinat &#8211; 0,5 lingurite</p>
<p>sare</p>
<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>1. Condimentati puiul cu sare, piper si presarati praf de usturoi pe ambele parti.</p>
<p>2. Se toarna smnatana intr-un recipient separat.</p>
<p>3. Adaugati mustar si sare.</p>
<p>Se amesteca.</p>
<p>4. Feliati ciupercile.</p>
<p>5. Se prajeste puiul timp de 4-5 minute pe fiecare parte.</p>
<p>6. In aceeasi tigaie in care a fost prajit puiul, adaugati untul.</p>
<p>7. Puneti ciupercile si sarati-le.</p>
<p>8. Se prajesc ciupercile timp de 5-6 minute.</p>
<p>9. Ungeti un vas de copt cu ulei vegetal.</p>
<p>10. Asezati cartofi, pui, ciuperci si ciuperci murate.</p>

<p>11. Stropiti cu sos si branza.</p>
<p>12. Coaceti timp de 15 minute intr-un cuptor preincalzit la 180 de grade.</p>
