<p>smantana 20% &#8211; 200 ml</p>
<p>tarhon uscat &#8211; 1 lingurita</p>
<p>cimbru uscat &#8211; 1 lingurita</p>
<p>coaja de la 1 lamaie</p>
<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>1. Preincalziti o tigaie si sotati slanina la foc mediu timp de 2 minute.</p>
<p>2. Transferati slanina din tigaie intr-un castron, adauga untul in tigaie si rumeniti puiul pe ambele parti.</p>
<p>3. Transferati puiul sotat din tigaie intr-un castron si sotati ceapa si usturoiul in aceasta tigaie timp de 2 minute la foc mediu.</p>
<p>4. Adaugati cartofii intr-o tigaie cu ceapa si prajiti-i 4 minute la foc mediu.</p>
<p>5. Adaugati sucul de mere, smantana, mustar, miere, tarhon, sare, piper si cimbru in tigaie, aduceti la fierbere, adaugati slanina si pui sotat.</p>
<p>6. Acoperiti tava cu un capac sau folie si coaceti intr-un cuptor preincalzit la 180 ° C timp de 30 de minute, dupa 30 de minute deschideti tava si continuati sa coaceti fara capac pentru inca 15 minute.</p>
<p>7. Scoateti tava din cuptor, condimentati vasul cu coaja de lamaie deasupra si serviti.</p>
