<p>Avem nevoie de urmatoarele ingrediente:</p>
<p>1 kg carne de pui (eu am folosit pulpe superioare)</p>
<p>1 ceapa</p>
<p>1 &#8211; 2 catei de usturoi (putem folosi si uscat)</p>
<p>100 g smantana</p>
<p>2 linguri de faina simpla</p>
<p>350 ml apa fierbinte sau supa</p>
<p>1 lingura de boia dulce</p>
<p>1/2 legatura de patrunjel</p>
<p>15 g unt</p>
<p>Mod de preparare:</p>

<p>Mai intai, prajiti bucatile de carne in unt pe ambele parti pana se rumenesc.</p>
<p>Curatati o ceapa, taiati-o marunt si adaugati-o la carne intr-o tigaie.</p>
<p>Puneti smantana intr-un castron, turnati condimentele pe pui si turnati apa sau supa.</p>
<p>Amestecam bine.</p>
<p>Adaugati usturoiul zdrobit, amestecati si fierbeti timp de aproximativ 20 de minute.</p>
<p>Amestecam sosul din cand in cand pentru a nu se arde.</p>
<p>Adaugati patrunjel tocat , amestecati, fierbeti inca cateva minute.</p>
<p>Se poate servi cu orez sau piure de cartofi.</p>
<p>Va dorim pofta buna!</p>
