<p>Piept de pui 600 g</p>
<p>Morcov 600 g</p>
<p>Ceapa 1 buc.</p>
<p>Usturoi 2 catei</p>
<p>Apa 700 ml</p>
<p>Frunza de dafin, sare si piper negru (macinat) dupa gust</p>
<p>Ulei de masline 3 linguri</p>
<p>Smantana 250 ml</p>
<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Taiati pieptul de pui in bucati, adaugati sare si piper.</p>
<p>Se incinge uleiul de masline intr-o tigaie, se pune pieptul si se prajeste.</p>
<p>Scoateti carnea din tigaie.</p>

<p>Taiati ceapa in cuburi si morcovii in rondele.</p>
<p>Prajiti ceapa pana se inmoaie intr-o tigaie, apoi adaugati morcovii si turnati apa.</p>

<p>Gatiti legumele acoperite.</p>
<p>Acum adaugati smantana, foi de dafin, sare si piper la ceapa si morcovi.</p>
<p>Adaugati puiul si fierbeti ingredientele impreuna.</p>

<p>Orezul fiert sau piureul de cartofi sunt cele mai bune ca garnitura pentru puiul cu morcovi si ceapa.</p>
<p>Totusi, tineti cont de preferintele dvs. de gust.</p>
<p>Servirea preparatului pe masa chiar in tigaie va fi foarte eficienta.</p>
