<p>sare &#8211; 1 lingurita</p>
<p>curry &#8211; 1 lingurita</p>
<p>boia dulce macinata &#8211; 1 lingurita</p>
<p>faina &#8211; 400 g</p>
<p>oregano &#8211; 1 lingurita</p>
<p>usturoi uscat &#8211; 1 lingurita</p>
<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Spargeti un ou intr-un castron adanc.</p>
<p>Adaugati lapte si o lingurita de mustar.</p>
<p>Mustarul va face puiul moale si fraged.</p>
<p>Bateti totul cu un tel pana obtineti un amestec perfect omogen.</p>
<p>Apoi adaugati faina, amidonul de porumb, piper negru macinat, ghimbirul, usturoiul, sarea, curry si boia dulce.</p>
<p>Amestecati totul din nou cu un tel pana obtineti un aluat omogen.</p>
<p>Puteti adauga lapte dupa cum este necesar.</p>
<p>Puteti face si testul cu lingurii.</p>

<p>Sosul ar trebui sa se tina de lingura si sa lase o linie curata.</p>
<p>Carnea trebuie spalata si curatata.</p>

<p>Apoi va fi gata de prajit.</p>
<p>Pentru prajit, pregatiti o tigaie adanca si turnati o cantitate mare de ulei in ea, astfel incat carnea sa fie complet scufundata.</p>
