<p>Ulei de masline 2 linguri</p>
<p>Unt 1 lingura</p>
<p>Ceapa 1 buc.</p>
<p>Usturoi 4 buc.</p>
<p>Patrunjel dupa gust</p>
<p>Miere 90 ml</p>
<p>Sos chili dulce 100 ml</p>
<p>Suc de lamaie 2 linguri</p>
<p>Sos de soia 3 linguri</p>
<p>mustar Dijon o lingura</p>
<p>Sare si piper negru (macinat) dupa gust</p>
<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Frecati pulpele cu sare, piper si oregano.</p>
<p>Se lasa la marinat 10 minute.</p>
<p>Apoi, intr-o tigaie potrivita pentru cuptor, se incalzeste uleiul de masline si untul si se prajeste carnea la foc iute pana se rumeneste.</p>
<p>Curatati cartofii si taiati-i in cuburi mari.</p>
<p>Taiati morcovii in felii.</p>
<p>Tocati ceapa, usturoiul si patrunjelul.</p>
<p>Transferati puiul pe o farfurie, reduceti focul la mediu si caliti ceapa in uleiul ramas timp de 2-3 minute.</p>
<p>Adaugati cartofi si morcovi, sare, prajiti timp de 8 minute, amestecand legumele la fiecare 2 minute.</p>
<p>Se toarna mierea intr-o tigaie curata si se da la foc mediu.</p>
<p>Adaugati sos dulce de chili, sos de soia, suc de lamaie si mustar.</p>
<p>Aduceti sosul la fiert, amestecand din cand in cand si gatiti timp de 2 minute.</p>
<p>Adaugati usturoiul si patrunjelul in legume, amestecati si gatiti timp de 2 minute.</p>
<p>Apoi intoarceti pulpele in tava, turnam peste sos si dam la cuptorul preincalzit la 200 de grade pentru 25-35 de minute.</p>
<p>Optiune excelenta pentru pranz sau cina.</p>

<p>Carnea cu garnitura poate fi completata cu salata de legume.</p>
<p>Se amesteca 1 castravete, 100 g salata verde, 125 g mozzarella, 1 avocado si 200 g rosii cherry.</p>
<p>Se condimenteaza totul cu zeama de lamaie si ulei de masline, sare dupa gust.</p>
