<p>Pentru a gati desertul turcesc de casa, nu trebuie sa fii un bucatar cu experienta. Totul este foarte simplu si nu sunt necesare o multime de produse, iar pentru o varietate de gusturi, sucul de portocale poate fi inlocuit cu sucul preferat de fructe, daca doriti.</p>
<p>Ingrediente:</p>
<p>Suc de portocale &#8211; 250 ml.<br />
Amidon de porumb &#8211; 140 gr.<br />
Suc de lamaie &#8211; 3 linguri.<br />
Apa &#8211; 380 ml.<br />
Zahar &#8211; 300 gr.</p>

<p>Turnati apa (380 ml) in cratita.</p>

<p>Masurati amidonul de porumb alimentar (140 g) &#8211; masura aproximativa este un pahar mediu .</p>

<p>Gatiti pana se ingroasa.</p>

<p>Dupa ce amestecul s-a ingrosat, adaugati 3 lingurite de suc de lamaie.<br />
Se amesteca bine.</p>

<p>Pasul 9</p>
<p>Continuati sa gatiti la foc mic. Amestecati constant cu o lingura in timpul gatitului.</p>

<p>Pasul 10</p>
<p>Gatiti pana in momentul in care masa devine fluida si transparenta. Apoi dati cratita de pe foc. Timpul de preparare trebuie sa fie de aproximativ 13-17 minute.</p>

<p>Pasul 11</p>
<p>Dupa ce se indeparteaza de pe foc, se toarna amestecul cald din cratita intr-o forma cu peretii de 2-3 cm inaltime. Inainte de a turna amestecul pulverizati forma cu apa rece.</p>

<p>Pasul 12</p>
<p>In forma, neteziti rapid suprafata compozitia pana se solidifica.<br />
In continuare, lasati deliciul turcesc sa se raceasca in forma timp de aproximativ o ora la temperatura camerei.</p>

<p>Pasul 13</p>
<p>In timp ce compozitia se raceste, pregatiti amestecul pentru a presara dulciurile. Pentru a face acest lucru, intr-un bol, amestecati bine 3 lingurite de amidon de porumb si 1 lingura de zahar pudra.</p>
