<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Preincalziti cuptorul la 200 ° C.</p>
<p>Clatiti orezul si fierbeti pana se inmoaie.</p>
<p>Spalati ardeii grasi, taiati in jumatati.</p>
<p>Intr-o tigaie cu ulei vegetal, prajiti carnea tocata, ceapa si usturoiul pana se evapora tot sucul. Adaugati sos de rosii si condimente si prajiti inca 5-10 minute, amestecand ocazional.</p>
<p>Amestecati orezul fiert cu carnea tocata prajita si umpleti jumatatile de ardei cu umplutura.</p>
