<p>Ingrediente pentru 40 de bucati:</p>

<p>unt &#8211; 150 g;</p>
<p>zahar &#8211; 80 g;</p>
<p>zahar vanilat &#8211; 1 lingurita;</p>
<p>sare &#8211; 0,5 lingurita;</p>
<p>smantana sau iaurt &#8211; 250 g;</p>
<p>faina &#8211; 450 g;</p>
<p>praf de copt &#8211; 1 lingurita;</p>
<p>dulceata/lapte condensat/pasta pentru umplutura;</p>
<p>zahar pudra &#8211; 3 linguri.</p>
<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Combinati untul cu zaharul si sarea.</p>
<p>Adaugati smantana sau iaurt, oul si zaharul vanilat.</p>
<p>Combinati toate ingredientele cu ajutorul unui tel pana obtineti o masa cu o consistenta omogena.</p>
<p>Adaugam faina cernuta amestecata cu praful de copt si framantam intr-un aluat elastic omogen care sa nu se lipeasca de maini.</p>

<p>Impartiti aluatul in 5 parti.</p>
<p>Formati fiecare parte intr-o minge.</p>
<p>Pudrati bila cu faina si intindeti-o intr-o foaie subtire de aproximativ 28 cm in diametru.</p>

<p>Intindeti umplutura(gem, dulceata, nutella etc.) peste aluat intr-un strat uniform.</p>
<p>Nu puneti prea multa umplutura, altfel se va scurge in timpul coptului.</p>
<p>Impartiti aluatul in 8 triunghiri egale si modelati fiecare cornulet.</p>

<p>Coaceti intr-un cuptor preincalzit la 180 de grade timp de 20-25 de minute.</p>

<p>Sa pregatim glazura.</p>
<p>Pentru a face acest lucru, combinati zaharul pudra cu o cantitate mica de apa.</p>
<p>Glazura nu trebuie sa fie lichida.</p>
<p>Decorati cornuletele folosind o punga cu coltul taiat.</p>
