<p>Metoda de pregatire:</p>
<p>Se fierb ingredientele pentru saramura si se lasa deoparte sa se raceasca putin. Spalati fasolea si taiati capetele. Se fierbe in apa clocotita timp de 5 minute, apoi se scurge, se toarna apa rece si se scurge.</p>
<p>Pune 2-3 boabe de mustar, piper negru si 1 frunza de dafin in borcanele curate, aburite si uscate. Apoi adaugati fasolea. Se inchid ermetic. Se intorc borcanele cu capacul in jos. Pentru a fi siguri ca rezista peste iarna, puteti fierbe borcanele pentru cateva minute in apa.</p>
