<p>150 ml lapte</p>
<p>3 linguri de cacao</p>
<p>20 g praf de copt</p>
<p>Doua pliculete de zahar vanilat</p>
<p>Pentru sirop:</p>
<p>3 linguri de cacao</p>
<p>200 g zahar</p>
<p>250 ml lapte</p>
<p>100 ml ulei</p>
<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Bateti ouale cu zaharul pana devin pufoase. Incorporati lapte si uleiul.</p>
<p>Cernem faina, cacao, praful de copt si zaharul vanilat. Mixam bine pentru a face un aluat pufos.</p>
<p>Ungem tava cu unt si presaram cu faina.</p>
<p>Se intinde aluatul intr-o tava de 40 × 27 cm si se coace la 170 de grade.</p>
<p>Cand formeaza o crusta, verificam cu o scobitoare daca interiorul acesteia a fost gatit.</p>
<p>Puneti zaharul si cacao intr-o cratita.</p>
<p>Dizolvati-le in lapte si ulei.</p>
<p>Se amesteca la foc mediu pentru a face sirop.</p>
<p>Taiati blatul rece in bucati si adaugati siropul fierbinte fierbinte.</p>
