<p>Ingrediente necesare:</p>
<p>&#8211; 2 oua</p>
<p>&#8211; 480 g faina</p>
<p>&#8211; 1 cana lapte</p>
<p>&#8211; 1 legatura patrunjel</p>
<p>&#8211; 150 g branza galbena</p>
<p>&#8211; 100 g branza feta</p>
<p>&#8211; 1 lingurita sare</p>
<p>&#8211; 10 g praf de copt</p>
<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>1. Amestecam ouale intregi cu branza galbena rasa, branza feta, laptele, patrunjelul tocat marunt.</p>
<p>2. Amestecati ingredientele, apoi adaugati faina, bicarbonatul de sodiu si sarea, apoi amestecati totul din nou pentru a obtine un aluat.</p>
<p>3. Daca va este mai usor, framantati amestecul cu mana.</p>
<p>4. Cand este compact, rulati-l cat mai subtire cu un sucitor.</p>

<p>5. Taiati aluatul in fasii subtiri de aproximativ 10 cm lungime si coaceti in ulei incins pe ambele parti pana devin aurii.</p>
