<p>1 lingurita sare</p>
<p>500 ml lapte</p>
<p>4 linguri zahar</p>
<p>400 g unt</p>
<p>1.5 kg faina</p>

<p>Ingrediente pentru a doua varianta:</p>
<p>100 g zahar</p>
<p>80 g unt</p>
<p>60 g grasime</p>
<p>500 ml lapte</p>
<p>500 g faina</p>
<p>16 g drojdie uscata</p>
<p>1 lingurita sare</p>
<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>1. Intr-un bol, turnam laptele.</p>
<p>Adaugam drojdia si amestecam foarte bine, pe urma adaugam sarea si zaharul. Mixam pana la omogenizare.</p>
<p>2. Treptat, adaugam faina cernuta si untul moale.</p>
<p>Amestecam bine pana obtinem un aluat fin si pufos.</p>
<p>3. Punem aluatul la frigider pentru 1-2 ore.</p>
