<p>Ingrediente:<br />
Rosii 1,5 kg</p>
<p>Varza alba 1 buc.</p>
<p>Zahar 2 linguri</p>
<p>Sare 1 lingura</p>
<p>Otet 100 ml</p>
<p>Frunze de dafin gust</p>
<p>Piper negru boabe dupa gust</p>
<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Tocam varza si spalam rosiile.</p>
<p>Asezati un strat de varza, 2 foi de dafin si cateva boabe de piper pe fundul borcanului sterilizat.</p>
<p>Apoi adaugati un strat de rosii.</p>
<p>Continuati cu straturi alternative pana cand se umple borcanul.</p>

<p>Se toarna apa clocotita peste legume si se lasa 15 minute.</p>
<p>Apoi turnati apa intr-o cratita, adaugati sare si zahar si aduceti la fierbere.</p>
<p>Se toarna lichidul inapoi in borcan, se adauga otetul si se inchide imediat cu capacele sterile.</p>
<p>Intoarceti borcanul, acoperiti-l cu o carpa calda si lasati-l sa se raceasca complet.</p>

<p>Rosiile pot fi servite separat, iar varza poate fi adaugata la salate.</p>
