<p>120 g zahar</p>
<p>165 g faina</p>

<p>350 ml lapte</p>
<p>110 g zahar</p>
<p>1 pliculet de zahar vanilat</p>
<p>40 g budinca de vanilie</p>
<p>200 g unt</p>
<p>cacao dupa gust</p>

<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Se amesteca galbenusurile cu zaharul pentru a forma o spuma, se adauga 4 linguri de apa si la final, cu o lingura de lemn, se amesteca alternativ cu albusurile batute spuma si faina.</p>
<p>Turnati aluatul pe hartie de copt si neteziti-l astfel incat sa obtineti un strat subtire.</p>
<p>Coacem la 220 de grade aproximativ 10 minute.</p>
<p>Rulati intr-un prosop si lasati sa se raceasca.</p>
<p>Din lapte, zahar, zahar vanilat si budinca de vanilie se face o budinca groasa si se lasa putin sa se raceasca.</p>
<p>Se amesteca din cand in cand, ca sa nu se formeze o piele deasupra.</p>

<p>Se amesteca budinca racita cu unt moale si se amesteca crema finita cu cacao.</p>
