<p class="isSelectedEnd">1ï¸â£ Intr-o cratita, pune apa, laptele, sarea si untul. Incalzeste pana se topeste, apoi adauga faina si amesteca energic.</p>
<p class="isSelectedEnd">2ï¸â£ Mai tine pe foc 1–2 minute, apoi lasa aluatul sa se racoreasca.</p>
<p class="isSelectedEnd">3ï¸â£ Adauga ouale pe rand, amestecand bine dupa fiecare.</p>
<p class="isSelectedEnd">4ï¸â£ Pune aluatul intr-un pos si formeaza dungi pe o tava tapetata cu hartie de copt.</p>
<p class="isSelectedEnd">ð¥ Coace la 180°C timp de aproximativ 30 de minute, pana devine auriu.</p>
<p class="isSelectedEnd">5ï¸â£ Crema:<br />
Amesteca galbenusurile cu zaharul, amidonul, laptele si vanilia. Fierbe pana se ingroasa.</p>
<p class="isSelectedEnd">6ï¸â£ Lasa crema sa se raceasca complet (acoperita cu folie).</p>
<p class="isSelectedEnd">7ï¸â£ Mixeaza untul pana devine pufos, apoi incorporeaza crema racita.</p>
<p class="isSelectedEnd">8ï¸â£ Intinde crema peste blatul racit.</p>
<p class="isSelectedEnd">9ï¸â£ Adauga dungi de lapte condensat caramelizat si presara nuci tocate (optional prajite usor).</p>
<p class="isSelectedEnd">ð Ruleaza desertul, infasoara-l si lasa-l la frigider aproximativ 1 ora.</p>
