<p>70 g ulei vegetal</p>
<p>coaja de la 1 lamaie</p>
<p>1 lingurita extract de vanilie</p>
<p>1 varf de sare</p>
<p>Ingrediente pentru umplutura:</p>
<p>6-7 mandarine</p>
<p>1 cana suc de mandarina</p>
<p>30 ml suc de lamaie</p>
<p>80 g zahar</p>
<p>Coaja de la jumatate de lamaie</p>
<p>20 g amidon de porumb</p>
<p>400 ml smantana (33%)</p>
<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>1. Pregatiti crema: Adaugati zahar, amidon, amestecati. Se toarna treptat sucul de mandarina, sucul de lamaie, coaja de lamaie si se amesteca.</p>
<p>2. Puneti masa rezultata la foc mic, aduceti la fierbere, amestecand continuu pana se ingroasa. Dati de pe foc si lasati sa se raceasca.</p>
<p>3. Pregatiti blatul: separati galbenusurile si albusurile. Bateti albusurile cu putina sare. Bateti galbenusurile separat cu zaharul ramas, adaugati extractul de vanilie si bateti bine.</p>

<p>4. Adaugati coaja de lamaie la galbenusurile de ou, apoi amidon de porumb, amestecati bine.</p>
<p>5. Adaugati treptat albusurile batute, apoi uleiul.</p>

<p>6. Asezati aluatul in tava pe o hartie de copt, coaceti intr-un cuptor preincalzit la 180 de grade timp de 15-20 de minute.</p>

<p>7. Bateti smantana, adaugati masa rece de citrice, crema aromata este gata!</p>

<p>8. Acoperiti blatul rece cu hartie de copt, rasturnati cu grija, scoateti hartia.</p>

<p>9. Intindeti crema peste blat. Asezati mandarinele si rulati cu grija. Se da la frigider timp de 1 ora.</p>
<p>10. Ornati rulada cu smantana si felii de mandarina.</p>
