<p>oua &#8211; 1 buc.</p>
<p>zahar &#8211; 110 g</p>
<p>zahar vanilat &#8211; 10 g</p>
<p>amidon de porumb &#8211; 1,5 linguri</p>
<p>smantana (iaurt grecesc) &#8211; 350 g</p>
<p>unt &#8211; 40 g</p>
<p>Aluat:</p>
<p>oua &#8211; 4 buc.</p>
<p>sare &#8211; 1 praf</p>
<p>zahar &#8211; 1 lingura</p>
<p>faina &#8211; 180 g</p>
<p>lapte &#8211; 400 ml</p>
<p>unt topit &#8211; 30 g</p>
<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Intr-o cratita, amestecati ouale cu zaharul granulat, zaharul vanilat si amidonul de porumb.</p>
<p>Se amesteca smantana in amestec si se incalzeste timp de 2-3 minute, pana se ingroasa.</p>
<p>Sfat: Puteti folosi iaurt grecesc in loc de smantana.</p>
<p>Dupa ce amestecul s-a ingrosat, amestecati untul, turnati-l intr-un bol, acoperiti cu folie alimentara si lasati sa se raceasca.</p>
<p>Intre timp pregatim aluatul.</p>
<p>Intr-un castron mare, bateti ouale cu un praf de sare si zahar.</p>
<p>Adaugati faina in amestec, iar imediat ce ingredientele sunt combinate, turnati in aluat laptele si untul topit.</p>
<p>Sfat: Pentru a face un aluat neted, fara cocoloase, cerneti faina inainte de utilizare.</p>
<p>Topiti untul in cuptorul cu microunde timp de 3 minute.</p>
<p>Acoperiti aluatul cu un prosop curat si lasati-l sa se odihneasca timp de 10 minute.</p>
<p>Se pune apoi aluatul pe o tava tapetata cu hartie de copt si se coace in cuptorul preincalzit la 190°C pentru 25-30 minute.</p>
<p>Are o consistenta destul de lichida, nu va speriati, asa trebuie sa fie.</p>

<p>Lasati aluatul sa se raceasca liber pe un gratar timp de 10 minute, apoi ungeti-l cu umplutura.</p>

<p>Rulati aluatul, infasurati-l in folie alimentara si puneti rulada la frigider.</p>

<p>Sfat: Serviti desertul presarat cu zahar pudra, taiat bucati. Are un gust grozav in combinatie cu inghetata.</p>
