<p>Carne &#8211; 500 g</p>
<p>Ceapa &#8211; 1 buc.</p>
<p>Sare, piper &#8211; dupa gust</p>
<p>Ulei vegetal</p>
<p>Ceapa &#8211; 1 buc.</p>
<p>Morcovi &#8211; 1 buc.</p>
<p>Pasta de rosii &#8211; 1 lingura</p>
<p>Cartofi &#8211; 3 buc.</p>
<p>Apa &#8211; 500 ml</p>

<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Se amesteca faina cu sare, se adauga ou si apa, se framanta aluatul &#8211; masa trebuie sa fie moale.</p>
<p>Se pune intr-o punga si se lasa 15 minute.</p>
<p>Se presara umplutura cu ceapa tocata marunt, ierburi, sare, piper si diverse condimente.</p>
<p>Intindeti aluatul pe o suprafata de lucru presarata cu faina intr-un strat mare si taiati-l in 2 parti.</p>
<p>Acoperiti fiecare parte cu carne tocata si rulati intr-un rulou .</p>

<p>Fiecare rulou este taiat in portii.</p>

<p>Se incinge uleiul si se calesc ceapa taiata cubulete si morcovul ras, apoi se adauga piureul de rosii si apa, cartofii tocati.</p>
<p>Intindem rulourile noastre deasupra, turnam apa si fierbem la foc mediu timp de 40-45 de minute.</p>
