<p>Ingrediente:</p>
<p>paine lipie &#8211; 180 g;</p>
<p>conserva de porumb &#8211; 100 g;</p>
<p>branza(cascaval) &#8211; 200 g;</p>
<p>rosii &#8211; 600 g;</p>
<p>ceapa &#8211; 2 buc.;</p>
<p>boia dulce &#8211; ½ lingurita;</p>
<p>carne tocata &#8211; 500 g;</p>
<p>piper negru macinat- ⅓ lingurita;</p>
<p>usturoi &#8211; 3 catei;</p>
<p>boia de ardei iute &#8211; un praf;</p>
<p>Coriandru &#8211; ⅓ lingurita;</p>
<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Mai intai trebuie sa pregatim sosul.</p>
<p>Va trebui sa taiati rosiile in jumatate si sa le dati pe razatoare formand un piure.</p>
<p>Taiem o ceapa in jumatati de rondele.</p>
<p>Incinge o tigaie la foc mediu cu putin ulei vegetal.</p>
<p>Caliti ceapa pana devine transparenta.</p>
<p>Punem piureul de rosii peste ceapa calita, dam cateii de usturoi prin presa.</p>
<p>Se adauga condimentele &#8211; coriandru,boia de ardei iute, piper negrumacinat, boia dulce si jumatate de lingura de sare.</p>
<p>Se amesteca ingredientele si se fierbe la foc mic pana ce obtinem un sos.</p>
<p>A doua ceapa este curatata in mod similar, taiata in jumatati de rondele.</p>
<p>Se prajeste intr-o tigaie cu carnea tocata timp de 10 minute.</p>
<p>Apoi adaugati sare, 5 linguri de sos de rosii si porumb conservat.</p>
<p>Combinam produsele impreuna si lasam sa se raceasca.</p>
<p>Painea pita se taie in dreptunghiuri de 20&#215;30 cm.</p>
<p>Puneti umplutura pe o parte a pitei, se presara cu branza rasa si se inveleste intr-un rulou.</p>

<p>Se toarna vasul de copt cu 2-3 linguri de sos de rosii, se aseaza rulourile impartite in doua pe fund.</p>

<p>Adaugati deasupra restul de pasta de tomate, presarati cu branza.</p>

<p>Intr-un cuptor preincalzit la 200 de grade, gatim 15 minute sub folie.</p>
