<p>1 lingurita de sare</p>
<p>1 cana de ulei</p>
<p>1 cana de iaurt</p>
<p>3 linguri cu varf de faina</p>
<p>1 plic de praf de copt</p>
<p>Pentru umplutura:</p>
<p>500 g branza proaspata</p>
<p>2 oua</p>
<p>1 lingurita sare sau dupa gust</p>
<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Intr-un bol adanc, amestecati ouale, sarea, uleiul, iaurtul, faina si praful de copt.</p>
<p>Intr-un alt bol, amestecati branza cu ouale si adaugati sare dupa gust.</p>
<p>Intindeti toppingul pe 5 foi de placinta si asezati-le una peste cealalta.</p>

<p>Intindeti 1/3 din umplutura de branza pe un capat si rulati-o sub forma de sul.</p>
