<p>Ingrediente:</p>
<p>Castraveti- 1,5 kg</p>
<p>Usturoi- 130 g</p>
<p>Ceapa- 130 g</p>
<p>Sare- 50 g</p>
<p>Zahar- 125 g</p>
<p>Otet- 70 ml</p>
<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Taiati castravetii in felii, ceapa in jumatati subtiri de inele sau inele daca aveti capete mici.</p>

<p>Treceti usturoiul printr-o presa.</p>
<p>Se amesteca castravetii cu usturoi, ceapa, sare si zahar, se toarna in otet.</p>
<p>Amestecati totul bine.</p>
<p>Acoperiti recipientul cu salata si lasati la marinat la frigider peste noapte.</p>
<p>Aranjati salata in borcane curate si uscate si turnati peste sucul separat.</p>
<p>Impachetati bine, astfel incat sa nu existe goluri.</p>
<p>Insurubati bine cu capace metalice.</p>
<p>Trebuie sa pastrati o astfel de salata intr-un loc racoros &#8211; la subsol sau la frigider.</p>

<p>In timp ce pregatiti salata, puteti adauga si orice verdeata, fie ca este coriandru sau patrunjel.</p>
