<p>Ingrediente pentru 4 borcane de 0,64 litri:</p>

<p>&#8211; Ardei dulce &#8211; 450 g</p>
<p>&#8211; Coriandru &#8211; 100 g</p>
<p>&#8211; Usturoi &#8211; 7 catei</p>
<p>&#8211; sare &#8211; 2,5 lingurite</p>
<p>&#8211; Coriandru macinat &#8211; 1,5 lingurita</p>
<p>&#8211; Boia dulce &#8211; 1,5 lingurita</p>
<p>&#8211; Piper negru</p>
<p>&#8211; Zahar &#8211; 1,5 linguri</p>
<p>&#8211; Ulei vegetal &#8211; 150 ml</p>
<p>&#8211; Otet 70% &#8211; 2 lingurite</p>
<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Taiati vinetele in betisoare, puneti la fiert in apa clocotita timp de 5 minute, apoi transferati intr-un recipient separat si raciti complet.</p>
<p>Dam morcovii pe razatoarea „coreeana”, taiem ardeiul fasii.</p>
<p>Trimitem legumele in tigaie, sare, amestecam, calim bine si punem deoparte 5-10 minute, cat vinetele se racesc.</p>
<p>In acest timp, legumele isi vor lasa sucul.</p>
<p>Taiati vinetele racite in fasii mici si puneti intr-o cratita cu legume.</p>

<p>Adaugati coriandru tocat, usturoi ras, boia dulce, piper negru macinat, zahar si sare.</p>

<p>Se toarna ulei vegetal, 70% otet si se amesteca totul bine.</p>
<p>Punem salata in borcane curate si, bineinteles, le umplem cu sucul de legume ramas.</p>

<p>Acoperiti cu capace, puneti tifon sau un prosop pe fundul cratitei, puneti borcanele, umpleti cu apa pana la umeri si sterilizati din momentul fierberii exact 20 de minute.</p>
<p>Dupa sterilizare, rasuciti strans capacele, puneti-le cu susul in jos, infasurati-le intr-o patura sau prosop si lasati sa se raceasca complet.</p>
<p>O astfel de salata o pastram intr-un loc intunecat, racoros, la frigider sau in pivnita.</p>
