<p>Vanata 10 bucati</p>
<p>Rosii 10 bucati</p>
<p>Ardei gras 10 bucati</p>
<p>Ceapa 10 bucati</p>
<p>Piper negru (boabe)10 bucati</p>
<p>Ulei de floarea soarelui 200 ml</p>
<p>Zahar 100 g</p>
<p>Sare 2 linguri</p>
<p>Otet 3 linguri</p>
<p>Usturoi 10 catei</p>
<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Spalati bine toate legumele.</p>
<p>Taiati vinetele in cuburi mari, acoperiti cu apa rece si lasati timp de o jumatate de ora.</p>
<p>Taiati rosiile in 4 parti, taiati ceapa in jumatate de rondele, iar ardeiul gras si usturoiul in cuburi mari.</p>

<p>Scurgeti apa din vinete.</p>
<p>Amestecati toate legumele intr-o cratita, adaugati ulei de floarea soarelui, sare si zahar.</p>
<p>Puneti oala la foc si gatiti legumele, amestecand din cand in cand.</p>
<p>Se aduce la fierbere si apoi se fierbe acoperit timp de 30 de minute.</p>
<p>In timpul gatitului, adaugati boabe de piper negru.</p>
<p>Adaugati usturoiul si otetul in legume.</p>

<p>Se amesteca si se fierbe inca 5 minute.</p>
<p>Se ia cratita de pe foc si se pune salata in borcane sterilizate.</p>
<p>Inchideti borcanele cu capace, rasturnati, inveliti si lasati sa se raceasca complet.</p>
