<p>Ulei de floarea soarelui 200 ml</p>
<p>Otet 200 ml</p>
<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>In primul rand, pregatiti legumele.</p>
<p>Tocam varza, radem morcovii pe o razatoare medie.</p>
<p>Curatati ardeii, taiati in benzi subtiri.</p>
<p>Taiati castravetii si rosiile in felii subtiri si taiati ceapa in jumatati de inele.</p>
<p>Se toarna toate legumele intr-un castron de metal adanc</p>
<p>Adaugati sare si zahar, ulei rafinat si otet de masa.</p>
<p>Se amesteca si se lasa legumele o ora.</p>
<p>In acest timp isi vor lasa sucul.</p>
<p>Intre timp, sterilizati borcanele.</p>
<p>Acum aduceti legumele la fierbere si fierbeti timp de 10 minute.</p>

<p>Aranjati legumele inmuiate in borcane, infasurati cu capace.</p>

<p>Cand continutul conservelor s-a racit, puneti borcanele in pivnita sau subsol.</p>
<p>Salata pentru iarna poate fi pastrata in orice loc intunecat si racoros.</p>
