<p>Ingrediente:</p>
<p>Vinete 1,5 kg</p>
<p>Ciuperci 500 g</p>
<p>Ceapa 0,5 kg</p>
<p>Usturoi 5 catei</p>
<p>Ulei de floarea soarelui 120 ml</p>
<p>Maioneza 5 linguri</p>
<p>Sare 2 lingurite</p>
<p>Otet 2 linguri</p>
<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Spalati vinetele, taiati marginile si taiati leguma in patrate cu o latura de 1,5-2 cm.</p>
<p>Transferati-le intr-o cratita cu apa sarata clocotita (1 litru &#8211; 1 lingura de sare).</p>
<p>Se fierb 2 minute dupa ce incepe sa clocoteasca, apoi se scurg intr-o strecuratoare.</p>

<p>Taiati ciupercile felii si prajiti-le intr-o tigaie preincalzita cu ulei de floarea-soarelui (30 ml) timp de 10 minute, amestecand ocazional.</p>

<p>Cand apa se scurge din vinete, impartiti-le in jumatate si prajiti fiecare parte in 30 ml de ulei de floarea-soarelui la foc mare timp de 5 minute.</p>

<p>Taiati ceapa in sferturi si prajiti in uleiul ramas pana devine translucida.</p>
<p>Se amesteca toate legumele, se piseaza usturoiul, se adauga sare, otet si maioneza.</p>
<p>Amestecam bine.</p>

<p>Impartiti salata in borcane, presand usor, astfel incat sa nu existe goluri.</p>
<p>Acoperiti si asezati intr-o cratita cu o carpa in partea de jos.</p>
<p>Se toarna suficienta apa, astfel incat sa ajunga la „umerii” borcanelor.</p>
<p>Sterilizati 20 de minute dupa fierbere.</p>
<p>Apoi scoateti si sigilati la cald.</p>
<p>Intoarceti borcanele si lasati-le sa se raceasca complet.</p>

Din cantitatea specificata de ingrediente, se obtin trei borcane de jumatate de litru.</p>
