<p>100 de grame de branza,</p>
<p>60 de grame de ceapa verde,</p>
<p>ulei pentru prajit.</p>
<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Vom avea umplutura chiar in aluat; nu trebuie sa amestecati separat.</p>
<p>Doar amestecati chefirul, sarea, ouale, branza rasa, ceapa tocata si faina intr-un castron, apoi framantati rapid aluatul.</p>
<p>Acum presarati suprafata de lucru cu faina, intindeti aluatul intr-un dreptunghi si taiati-l in benzi de aproximativ un centimetru grosime.</p>

<p>Aduceti uleiul la fiert intr-o cratita si prajiti pe ambele parti pana se rumenesc.</p>
<p>Apoi transferam gustarea gata preparata pe un prosop de hartie, astfel incat excesul de ulei sa fie absorbit.</p>
<p>Asta este tot, puteti prepara un sos cu smantana si usturoi.</p>
