<p>piper &#8211; dupa gust</p>
<p>boia de ardei dulce &#8211; dupa gust</p>
<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Taiati pieptul de pui in felii si apoi le batem putin pentru a deveni mai fragede.</p>
<p>Intr-un bol amestecam iaurtul, galbenusurile de ou, faina, sare, piper, boia dupa gust, un catel de usturoi si 4 linguri de ulei.</p>

<p>Se amesteca un aluat omogen.</p>
<p>Incingeti uleiul intr-o tigaie.</p>
<p>Inmuiati feliile de carne in aluat pe toate partile si apoi prajiti-le pana devin aurii pe ambele parti.</p>
