<p>Ingrediente:</p>
<p>un piept de pui</p>
<p>oua &#8211; 3 buc.</p>
<p>faina &#8211; 5-6 linguri</p>
<p>sare, piper dupa gust</p>
<p>amidon de porumb &#8211; 2 linguri</p>
<p>ulei vegetal &#8211; pentru prajire (aproximativ 100 ml.)</p>
<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Taiati pieptul de pui in felii, acoperiti cu folie alimentara.</p>
<p>Bateti fileul cu un ciocan de bucatarie.</p>
<p>Condimentati cu sare, piper, presarati condimentele preferate pe ambele parti (de exemplu, boia).</p>

<p>Adaugati un praf de sare in ouale intr-un castron si bateti.</p>
<p>Se amesteca amidonul si faina intr-o farfurie.</p>
<p>Rolati fiecare cotlet in faina si apoi in oua batute.</p>
<p>Adaugati jumatate din uleiul vegetal in tigaie (apoi adaugati ulei pe masura ce scade la prajirea cotletelor).</p>
<p>Puneti carnea in ulei fierbinte.</p>

<p>Prajiti cotletele de piept de pui la foc mediu timp de 5 minute pe ambele parti sau pana cand sunt fierte, concentrandu-va pe grosimea cotletelor.</p>
<p>Serviti cotletele de piept de pui cu garnitura sau legumele preferate.</p>
