<p>Branza de vaca 300-400 g</p>

<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Turnati lapte cald si apa, ulei de floarea soarelui si otet intr-un castron, adaugati un ou, 2 linguri de unt moale si iaurt.</p>
<p>Se condimenteaza cu sare si se amesteca.</p>
<p>Se adauga faina cernuta si se framanta aluatul.</p>
<p>Ar trebui sa fie moale si elastic.</p>
<p>Acoperiti cu folie alimentara si lasati sa stea 15 minute.</p>
<p>Impartiti aluatul in 14 bucati, rulati-le pe fiecare intr-o bila.</p>
<p>Rulati bilutele de aluat in foi dreptunghiulare subtiri, translucide, presarati suprafata de lucru cu amidon.</p>
<p>Indoiti in doua, ungeti cu unt topit.</p>
<p>Combinati branza de vaci, ierburile tocate si sarea.</p>
<p>Puneti o parte din umplutura pe marginea stratului si rulati rulada.</p>
