<p>Sare &#8211; dupa gust</p>
<p>Piper negru &#8211; dupa gust</p>
<p>Boia de ardei rosu &#8211; dupa gust</p>
<p>Pentru aluat:</p>
<p>Faina &#8211; 3 linguri</p>
<p>Apa &#8211; 120 ml</p>
<p>sare &#8211; 1/3 lingurita</p>
<p>METODA DE GATIRE</p>
<p>Mai intai curatati cartofii si un morcov mic.</p>
<p>O punem intr-o craticioara, eu am o cratita cu un volum de 3 litri, umplem cu apa si adaugam sare.</p>
<p>Gatim pana este gata.</p>
<p>Verificam cartofii daca sunt pregatiti, scurgem apa, scoatem morcovii si transformam cartofii in piure.</p>
<p>Taiem ceapa cubulete, luam o tigaie, turnam ulei vegetal, punem ceapa si prajim pana devine translucida.</p>
<p>Taiem morcovul cubulete si taiem cubulete o rosie mica.</p>
<p>Punem ceapa, morcovii, rosiile, 2 linguri de porumb conservat, 2 linguri mazare.</p>

<p>Treceti 1 catel de usturoi printr-o presa de usturoi.</p>
<p>Adaugati sare, piper negru, boia, daca doriti, puteti adauga verdeata.</p>
<p>Amestecati, lasati deoparte.</p>
<p>Lasati cartofii sa se raceasca putin pentru a fi mai usor de mulat.</p>
<p>In timp ce se raceste, pregatiti pesmetul.</p>
<p>Painea o taiem cubulete, o punem pe o foaie de copt si o usucam la cuptor pana se rumeneste, acum o strapungem cu un blender.</p>

<p>Punem 3 linguri de faina intr-un bol, sare 1/3 lingurita si apa 150 ml.</p>
<p>Amestecam.</p>
<p>Formam chiftele din amestecul de legume, scufundam in amestecul de faina-sare-apa, apoi rulam in pesmet.</p>
