<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Gatiti fructele de padure impreuna cu zaharul intr-o tigaie la foc mediu, amestecand continuu.</p>
<p>Cand fructele s-au inmuiat bine, stingeti focul si lasati sa se raceasca.</p>

<p>Batem crema de mascarpone impreuna cu smantana pentru frisca sau frisca lichida intr-un castron mare folosind un tel electric, ar trebui sa obtinem un amestec ferm.</p>
