<p>Ingrediente:</p>
<p>Carnati proaspeti &#8211; 700 g</p>
<p>Oua &#8211; 6 buc</p>
<p>Ceapa verde &#8211; 1 fir</p>
<p>Usturoi verde &#8211; 2 fire</p>
<p>Vinete coapte- 2 buc</p>
<p>Ardei copti- 4-5 buc</p>
<p>Rosii rase &#8211; 3 buc</p>
<p>Sare, oregano, boia, piper negru si patrunjel dupa gist</p>
<p>Ulei pentru prajit</p>
<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Prajiti carnatii intr-o tigaie cu putin ulei vegetal incins timp de 3 minute pe ambele parti la foc mediu.</p>
<p>Dupa ce scoateti carnatii, adaugati 10 ml de ulei vegetal si prajiti in el ceapa si usturoiul timp de 5 minute la foc moderat. Adaugam sare.</p>
<p>Adaugati vinetele si ardeii copti.</p>
<p>Acoperim cratita cu un capac si lasam sa fiarba 5 minute la foc mic.</p>
<p>Radeti rosiile si adaugati-le in tigaie.</p>
<p>Asezonati cu piper negru, boia de ardei si oregano.</p>
<p>Cand apa de la rosii se evapora, dupa aproximativ 7-8 minute, aranjam carnatii taiati bucatele, iar intre bucatele de carnati spargeti 1 ou.</p>

<p>Sarati fiecare ou si stropiti cu boia de ardei.</p>
<p>Acoperim cratita cu un capac si lasam la foc moderat 8 minute.</p>
<p>La final se presara patrunjel si se serveste.</p>
