<p>175 g zahar</p>
<p>1 oua</p>
<p>2,5 linguri faina</p>
<p>1 lingurita praf de copt</p>
<p>2 linguri cacao</p>
<p>Umplere:</p>
<p>175 g zahar</p>
<p>200 g branza de vaci</p>
<p>300 g smantana</p>
<p>2 oua</p>
<p>1 pliculet de zahar vanilat</p>
<p>2 linguri amidon</p>
<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Macinati untul moale cu zahar, adaugati 1 ou, praf de copt, faina, cacao si framantati aluatul.</p>
<p>Se da la frigider pentru 20 de minute.</p>
<p>Intre timp ne apucam de umplutura: amestecati branza de vaci, smantana, zaharul, zaharul vanilat, 2 oua si amidon.</p>
<p>Scoatem aluatul si il impartim in doua parti inegale.</p>
<p>Asezam partea cea mare in forma si realizam partile laterale.</p>
<p>Se toarna umplutura.</p>
<p>Rupeti restul de aluat in bucati si intindeti deasupra.</p>
