<p>Avem nevoie de urmatoarele ingrediente:</p>
<p>lapte &#8211; 400 ml</p>
<p>frisca &#8211; 400 ml</p>
<p>zahar pudra &#8211; 150 g</p>
<p>iaurt &#8211; 500 g</p>
<p>branza de vaci &#8211; 500 g</p>
<p>esenta de vanilie &#8211; 5 ml</p>
<p>zahar &#8211; 200 g</p>
<p>intaritor pentru frisca &#8211; 20 g</p>
<p>piscoturi &#8211; 300 g</p>
<p>compot de piersici</p>
<p>fulgi de cocos &#8211; 20 g</p>
<p>Dimensiunea tavii: 20 × 30 cm</p>
<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Inmuiati piscoturile in lapte si puneti-le in tava.</p>
<p>Se amesteca branza de vaci cu iaurtul si zaharul.</p>
<p>Intr-un castron separat, bateti frisca cu zahar pudra si intaritor intr-o crema solida.</p>
<p>Amestecam cele doua materiale impreuna.</p>
<p>Puneti o parte din crema, fructe feliate pe care le impingem usor in crema si apoi un nou strat de piscoturi inmuiate in lapte.</p>

<p>Continuam cu restul de crema si ornam cu fructe si apoi cu nuca de cocos.</p>

<p>Se pune la frigider 1 ora si se serveste.</p>
