<p>1 lingurita scortisoara macinata</p>

<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Puneti zaharul intr-un vas cu putina apa si incepeti sa amestecati. Dati merele curatate pe razatoare si adaugati-le cand apa cu zaharul incepe sa se transforme intr-un sirop. Adaugati grisul si amestecati.</p>
<p>Cand merele sunt aproape facute (nu trebuie sa se inmoaie de tot), adaugati stafidele, un praf de sare, scortisoara , esenta si amestecati.</p>
<p>Asezati un rand de biscuiti intr-o tava adanca si apoi aplicati o portie generoasa de crema de mere. In acest fel, punem crema si biscuirii pana cand se epuizeaza.</p>
<p>Acoperiti partea superioara cu un strat de mar. Odata gata, il punem la frigider pentru cateva ore si apoi il putem taia.</p>
<p>O alta reteta foarte buna cu mere este si urmatoarea:</p>

<p>500 g mere</p>
<p>400 g faina</p>
<p>200 g zahar brun</p>
<p>200 g unt</p>
<p>1 lingurita praf de copt</p>
<p>1 lingurita scortisoara</p>
<p>1 ou</p>
<p>sare</p>
<p>Cum se prepara?</p>
<p>Intr-un castron, amesteca faina, zaharul, praful de copr si sarea. Adauga untul rece taiat cubulete. Framanta pana obtii un aluat sfaramicios. Incorporeaza apoi oul batut.</p>
<p>Imparte aluatul in doua. Aseaza prima parte intr-o tava unsa cu unt si preseaza usor cu lingura. Adauga in straturi feliile de mar presatate cu scortisoara.</p>
<p>Restul de aluat presara-l deasupra. Lasa la cuptor 35 de minute. Dupa ce s-a racit, pudreaza cu zahar vanilat.</p>
