<p>6 linguri zahar</p>
<p>500 g biscuiti</p>
<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>1. Pentru inceput, amestecam laptele praf cu pudra de cacao. Adaugam untul moale si mixam pana la omogenizare.</p>

<p>2. Intr-un vas, punem apa la fiert. Adaugam zaharul si fierbem la foc mic.</p>

<p>3. Turnam siropul obtinut in compozitia pregatita anterior. Amestecam foarte bine pana la omogenizare.</p>

<p>4. Asezam un strat de biscuiti intr-o o forma de copt. Deasupra biscuitilor turnam uniform un strat de crema. Procedam la fel pana terminam toate ingredientele. Lasam prajitura la frigider cateva ore.</p>

<p>Putem pune deasupra glazura de ciocolata sau caramel.</p>
<p>Pentru glazura de caramel, se topeste si se caramelizeaza usor 150 de grame de zahar la care se adauga 1 -2 linguri zeama de lamaie si o lingura de unt. Cand glazura este omogena se toarna pe prajitura. Se intinde rapid cu lama unui cutit, sa se acopere toata prajitura.</p>
