<p>Ingrediente:</p>
<p>Blat:</p>
<p>150 g faina</p>
<p>100 ml apa</p>
<p>100 ml lapte</p>
<p>80 g unt</p>
<p>4 buc. oua</p>
<p>1 lingura praf de copt</p>
<p>1/2 lingurita sare</p>
<p>Crema:</p>
<p>500 ml lapte</p>
<p>150 g zahar</p>
<p>100 g faina</p>
<p>2 buc. oua</p>
<p>170 g unt</p>
<p>2 pachete zahar vanilat</p>
<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Se toarna apa, lapte, unt in oala si se aduce la fierbere.</p>
<p>Cand untul se topeste si masa incepe sa fiarba adaugam faina amestecata cu sare si praful de copt.</p>
<p>Amestecand constant, gatiti aproximativ 4 minute (masa va incepe sa se separe de pereti si de fundul oalei).</p>
<p>Se da deoparte si se lasa la racit.</p>
<p>Adaugati treptat cate un ou si amestecati bine de fiecare data.</p>
<p>Veti obtine un aluat pe care il impartiti in doua jumatati.</p>
<p>Pregatiti o tava rotunda de copt cu diametrul de 24 cm, tapetati fundul cu hartie de copt si puneti in ea jumatate din aluat.</p>
<p>Se netezeste frumos (se aplica un strat subtire) si se coace.</p>
<p>Se coace la 200 de grade timp de 20 de minute.</p>
<p>Repetati acelasi lucru cu cealalta jumatate de aluat.</p>
<p>Lasati blaturile coapte la racit pe un gratar.</p>
<p>Se amesteca zaharul, faina si ouale in lapte.</p>
<p>Se fierbe pe foc.</p>

<p>Gatiti un terci gros, care se lasa la racit la temperatura camerei.</p>

<p>Amestecati untul cu zaharul vanilat pana devine spumos, adaugati treptat crema racita, lingura cu lingura.</p>

<p>Puneti un blat inapoi in forma, adaugati crema, puneti al doilea blat si apasati-l usor.</p>

<p>Se pune la frigider sa se intareasca.</p>
