<p>Ingrediente:</p>
<p>Drojdie 20 g</p>
<p>Faina de grau 500 g</p>
<p>Lapte 300 ml</p>
<p>Zahar 1 lingura</p>
<p>Amidon de porumb 40 g</p>
<p>Zahar vanilat 10 g</p>
<p>Sare 1 praf</p>
<p>Oua 1 buc.</p>
<p>Mere 2-3 buc.</p>
<p>Suc de lamaie 1lingura</p>
<p>Unt 70 g</p>
<p>Zahar brun 150 g</p>
<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Se sfarama drojdia proaspata intr-un castron mic.</p>
<p>Se toarna lapte cald (aproximativ 37 de grade) si se toarna 1 lingura zahar.</p>
<p>Din cantitatea totala de faina, se toarna 3 linguri si se adauga in lapte.</p>
<p>Amestecati usor amestecul si lasati-l sub un prosop timp de 10 minute.</p>
<p>Turnati aluatul crescut intr-un castron adanc.</p>
<p>Adaugati ou, amidon de porumb, zahar vanilat, sare.</p>
<p>Cerneti faina ramasa.</p>
<p>Framantati un aluat moale si lasati sa creasca sub un prosop timp de 30 de minute.</p>
<p>In timp ce aluatul creste, spalati si curatati merele.</p>
<p>Taiati fructele in jumatate, indepartati miezul si taiati-le in felii subtiri.</p>
<p>Asezam feliile intr-un bol si turnam peste zeama de lamaie.</p>
<p>Se amesteca.</p>
<p>Pudrati suprafata de lucru cu faina, intindeti aluatul.</p>
<p>Fara presiune excesiva, intindeti aluatul intr-un strat de 1,5–2 cm grosime.</p>
<p>Taiati stratul in fasii de pana la 4 cm latime.</p>
<p>Ungeti generos cu unt topit.</p>
<p>Deasupra presarati zahar brun si scortisoara.</p>

<p>Asezati feliile de mere intr-un rand pe fasiile de aluat, astfel incat marginile feliilor sa se extinda dincolo de marginea aluatului.</p>
<p>Rotiti banda intr-o rola destul de stransa.</p>
<p>Transferati rulada intr-o matrita unsa cu ulei.</p>
<p>Repetati cu aluatul ramas si cu merele.</p>
<p>Aranjati chiflele unul langa altul, dar nu prea aproape.</p>

<p>Coaceti chiflele la 180 de grade timp de 30 de minute.</p>

<p>Preparati si turnati ceaiul fierbinte in cesti si chemati-i pe toti la masa cat mai curand posibil.</p>
